1. Who we are

Royal Travel Co. is a trade name used by Isaac Ruiz ("we", "us"). Contact: contacto@royaltravelco.com.

2. What we do

We provide private travel design and concierge advisory services. We understand your brief, research and curate options, prepare a written travel proposal and guide you through coordination.

We are not a travel agency. We do not sell package travel, we do not make reservations in our name or on your behalf, and we do not receive payments for services provided by third parties.

3. Requests and proposals

A request creates no obligation. Proposals are informational. The availability, conditions and prices of third-party services are set by each provider and may change until you book with them.

4. Advisory fee

• The fee, its scope and what is delivered are stated in our written proposal before any work starts.
• The fee is paid by bank transfer, against an invoice, before work begins, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• The fee covers our advisory work only and does not include any third-party service.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)

You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days of accepting it, without giving a reason. If you ask us to start work during those 14 days, you will pay for the work done up to your withdrawal. You lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully delivered, provided you expressly requested that we begin and acknowledged this consequence.

6. Third-party providers

You contract and pay hotels, yachts, airlines, transport and experience providers directly, under their own terms. We are not a party to those contracts and are not responsible for their performance. We select providers with care but cannot guarantee their services.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving accurate information and for your passports, visas, entry and health requirements and travel insurance. We may point you to official sources, but we do not give legal, immigration or medical advice.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the advisory fee paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by contract.

9. Intellectual property

Proposals and materials we prepare are for your personal use and may not be republished.

11. Complaints

Write to contacto@royaltravelco.com and we will reply within 15 business days. Nothing in these terms affects the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
